Iama Balancing Tea

Tea, as a ritual, goes back thousands of years for it provides the opportunity to stop, rest, reflect and share a special moment with others or simply a moment to take time out on your own. An important part of our healing protocols, our teas are known both for their tast and therapeutic benefits.  IAMA TEA  is balancing and relaxing for the mind, body and spirit. Drink anytime you need a little lift to clear your head, relieve mental fatigue and stress.

Ingredients: Organic rooibos, peppermint leaf, organic yerba mate, organic rose hips, organic parsely, ginger root, orange peel, organic organic licorice root, organic dandelion root, St. John's wort, organic burdock root, organic black cohosh.

Size: 75gr

Suggested Uses: Add 1 teaspoon per cup of hot water.  Allow to steep for 5-7 minutes, then enjoy!
